Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, fair terms for deposits, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
Because every engagement is custom-designed and time is reserved specifically for your organization, the terms below explain how deposits, payments, rescheduling, and refunds are handled. These terms apply to all bookings and online payments unless a signed contract or statement of work states otherwise, in which case the signed agreement governs.
Deposits & Booking
- A deposit confirms your date and reserves preparation and facilitation time.
- Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable once design or preparation work has begun, as this work is performed specifically for your engagement.
- The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your proposal or invoice.
Cancellations by You
- 14+ days before the engagement: any payments beyond the deposit are fully refunded.
- 7–13 days before: 50% of the engagement fee is refundable; the deposit is retained.
- Less than 7 days before: payments are non-refundable, as the date and resources can no longer be rebooked.
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@voiceandvisionllc.com and take effect on the date received.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once at no additional charge with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
- Deposits and payments transfer to the new agreed date.
- Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice may incur an additional preparation fee.
- We will always work with you in good faith to find a workable alternative date.
Cancellations by Us & Refunds
- If we must cancel or cannot deliver an engagement, you receive a full refund or a mutually agreed rescheduled date.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Travel, materials, or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.
- Multi-session and retainer engagements may follow custom terms defined in the signed agreement.
